Pandora's Snake

Ah yes, why people in this room speak different languages?

[Jul 4, 2026] [GAMESEED 2026]

The problem is, i don't even know if my workflow is the best or its just overfit to my team members.

So it this chance, i decided to give it a try. I created a division where almost 60% of my team is not part of Gamejam Hunter. Even i try to change the workflow from google docs based, to Miro Kanban board. Turns out this thing could help so much more than expected.

In the last game, i always become the Single Source Of Failure, but this time is not. By recruiting people from more than one campus and background. It somehow reduces the risk of them skipping the project because they had the same Final Exam or some business to do. Causing there is at least one people who will continue their division no matter what happens. Even when i rarely shown because i had a final exam too on my campus.

The real thing is, i'm not facing a newbies anymore, almost all of them know what to do on their own role. However, another problem came.

Why they all speak different "languages" that others won't understand? To the point they place a file or script on their own beliefs rather than readibility of others.

Then i realized, i forgot one important thing to make them speak in one "language".

STANDARIZATION.
